Job Description:
1. Manage and develop our sales force, be in charge of marketing planning, implementation and ensuring the whole team reaches its sales targets.
2. Part of the leadership team with the goal to provide customers with consistent standards of service, ensuring a loyal and growing customer base and market share.
3. Be involved in market activities and help develop plans to deal with customer complaints, etc.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in automotive, marketing or other related areas.
2. Over three years relevant management work experience (luxury management experience is preferred).
3. Above CET-4.
4. Good reading and writing skills.
Position: Sales Consultant
Job Description:
1. Take initiative to look for potential customers, seal the transaction and follow up on transactions.
2. Make initial contact with customers, maintain standards of the product display, perform needs analysis, draw up sales contracts, organize vehicle delivery and post-delivery follow-up services.
3. Safeguard customer information.
4. Deal with customers’ complaints face-to-face or over the phone.
5. Provide customers with financial plans and services and introduce all relevant information.
6. Be an ambassador for the brand at all times.
7. Collect competitor information and participate in market research and marketing activities.
